The universal law of success is opportunity. Often opportunities appear as tangible things like money and inheritance, sometimes they are found in the form of time-sensitive deals or sales, and other times manifest through relationships built with life-changing people.

We have observed and had innumerable discussions about the state of the public education system in the United States and have a lot of company in the conclusion that it is less than ideal for many underprivileged children and youth. We decided to take this state of affairs as an opportunity for us to start contributing to the success of underprivileged children and youth by creating a bridge linking them to professionals.

We have a vision for the future of access to resources and people that will empower many, especially the impoverished and less-fortunate, to view success as something other than a fantasy. Our vision is to make success a realistic and attainable goal for all, beginning with exposure to what is possible.

Our initiative is an open invitation to professionals interested in impacting the lives of children and youth who have little to no access to insights of professionals in various career fields.

Due to the pandemic, volunteers will meet with children virtually to minimize exposure while maintaining safety and security. When circumstances allow, events may be had where volunteers are invited to show up in person to more personally address the attendants. Locations will most likely be determined by convenience to the volunteers and their willingness to travel to certain areas willing to host the events.

Volunteering comprises of the following three elements;

1. Volunteering will range from 30 - 60 minutes of your time to address a group of students

2. Sharing insights, experiences, and advice that can give exposure to the students will be vital

3. Communicating resources that could be utilized by the students will be helpful
